A time to live and a time to die

A time to marry and a time to refrain from marriage. 

I have wondered if now is the time to refrain from marriage.  should only certain people refrain from marriage or is this implying a worldwide/ or regional suffering in which it would be best to refrain from marriage?  

I want to be married but I realize it may be a time to refrain from marriage. I have a vocation as a single woman which God is still using me for His glory. Because I am single I know that it is my time to refrain from marriage and it might stay that way for the rest of my life. Marriage was never promised to me as a Christain and it is difficult for me to accept.

 It very well might be that we are in a time of suffering and it is a time to refrain from marriage.  Even if it is a time of suffering, in which it's a time to refrain from marriage, I don't want to walk through that suffering without a spouse by my side.  I desire to grow in Christ with a spouse. I desire to love and be loved in a way only a husband and wife can.   

God has me in His loving hands, I need Him so much more than I know.
